It's the classic interview question, isn't it? It's what everyone wants to know.

"So what's it like to work here?"

Well, at Gemserv we'd say it's open. Our open plan office encourages both social and professional interaction, and the sharing of knowledge, ideas and opinions. Our open management style fosters communication from Board level to the ‘shop floor' and back again with staff encouraged to think critically and broadly about the business, and to be involved in decisions affecting themselves and the organisation.

We work hard and we are proud of our achievements, of our reputation for quality service and delivery and of our continued success and growth. We also believe in celebrating this success, and the value of saying ‘thank you' for a job well done. We do this in many ways, sometimes a social event, or even by giving staff an extra day off work for their birthday! 

And we're a diverse bunch... As well as the day jobs, we're students, teachers, footballers, marathon runners, salsa instructors and musicians. We come from all over the globe and we embrace the diversity that this brings to our place of work, as well as to the work we do.
