Gemserv operates a thorough and wide-ranging Quality Management System (QMS) in the provision of our services. The scope of our quality system includes the development of our staff and challenging the effectiveness of our deliverables to clients. It focuses on building and maintaining effective working relationships with clients and meeting our clients' expectations in delivering work that meets the scope, budget and timeframe. Key procedures are well documented and regularly reviewed to ensure consistency of approach. Information Security
Gemserv utilises an Information Security Management System (ISMS), which has achieved certification to ISO 27001 standard, a robust audit and certification scheme. It helps identify, manage and quantify the range of risks to which information is subject. It covers known security issues, containing many control requirements and steers companies along a quantifiable path of assessments and improvements. Gemserv's Information Security Management System is a comprehensive approach to managing sensitive company information, ensuring it remains both secure and available. It encompasses people, processes and IT systems. Gemserv's compliance shows our commitment to client and company information security.
Environmental Management System
Gemserv is committed to mitigating its impacts on the environment and aims to take the business beyond carbon neutrality through working with its business partners and communities to increase resource efficiency and reduce carbon emissions. Our Environmental Management System is externally validated and certified to BS8555, Phase 3 through the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment ACORN scheme, which gives recognition of organisations evaluating and improving their environmental performance.
